bETA is launching in Los Angeles!
We are excited to launch our first West Coast cohort of bETA, supporting acquisitions in Los Angeles! With support from JPMorganChase and the Ballmer Group, we are looking for 30 entrepreneurs to join us and jumpstart their self-funded search to acquire a business in LA County.
bETA gives entrepreneurs the skills, structure, and support to move confidently toward business ownership.
Across nine hands-on modules, you’ll learn exactly how to find, purchase, and lead a small business—without needing an MBA or prior deal experience.
The program blends weekly live online classes with virtual coaching, anchored by three in-person touchpoints designed to accelerate your growth. We meet in person for:
-
Orientation: Launch your journey, meet your cohort, and set a strong foundation.
-
Midpoint Workshop + Business Site Visit: Apply your learning directly in the field and see a business post-acquisition up close.
-
Graduation: Celebrate your progress and chart a clear plan for what comes next.
Each module walks you through a core stage of the acquisition process, from sourcing promising businesses and analyzing deals, to securing capital and stepping confidently into leadership once you take the reins.
If you’re ready to build wealth and agency through entrepreneurship, bETA gives you the roadmap and the community to make it real.
Here’s what we cover each week:
- Orientation Intro to ETA: Search models, Why You, and the ETA process
