Partners
Partnering to Expand Access to Business Ownership.
New Majority Capital Foundation works with grantmakers and partners who share a commitment to expanding access to business ownership and strengthening pathways to entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA).
Through philanthropic support, the Foundation funds acquisition education, transition planning, research, and ecosystem efforts that make ownership more accessible.
Our Focus
Grantmaker support enables the Foundation to fund and scale work across multiple points in the ownership lifecycle. Funding may support the following focus areas:
Education & Acquisition Readiness
Support for our bETA accelerator to prepare aspiring entrepreneurs to acquire and operate existing businesses.
Business Transition Planning
Funding for initiatives such as Succession Ready, which support business owners considering succession planning.
Capital-Adjacent & Wraparound Support
Support for initiatives aligned with Pre-Acquisition Loan funding and downpayment support, a Wellness Fund to make our bETA accelerator accessible, and other resources that reduce friction during acquisition and early ownership.
Research & Field-Building
Funding for relevant research and convenings that strengthen the ETA ecosystem to better serve underrepresented entrepreneurs.
