New Majority Capital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization
that is addressing the persistent wealth gaps in the United States
while ensuring small business owners leave a legacy behind
and maintain jobs within their communities.

The Programs

We enable transformational programs.

NMCF currently offers two technical assistance/workforce development programs: ETA Accelerator & Succession Ready. In both programs we are fortunate to partner with Professor Richard Bliss of Babson College, who is also the national academic director of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business initiative and Initiative for a Competitive Inner City are delivery/recruitment partner who also serve as our fiscal sponsor.

bETA

bETA is a 10-week, hybrid accelerator for underrepresented entrepreneurs to gain the skills necessary to acquire and scale an existing small business. Applications are opened on a rolling basis. Apply to a cohort near you.
